By the way Mrs Wagman, if Louise says it is the best coffee in town, it's because it is !!! Finally a place where she and her staff can actually do designs on the cream and the cream is so voluptuous, that even if your cup is half full, you can still enjoy the lines of the design. It is the 1st time where I can say, this is real coffee ! To Louise and all of her team, "bravo et longue vie to the Michel-Ante Café" !!!

Le Michel-Ange has been open since mid-May. Imagine what kind of boost they will get now from the wonderful well-deserved review today in Ottawa Magazine. It is for sure a destination place. Off the beaten track if you are a strolling shopper. It is it's own kind of 'cozy'. Lots of seats for you to take a moment to sit for a while, slow down and really enjoy your drink. Inhale the smells from the large roasters amidst this scene.

I can vouch for the double shot small latte.

They serve up Justin Rogers' Clove Chocolatiers chocolates, Robin Coull's Morsel Desserts and Chrystal Geoffroi's Chrystal's Baked Goodies if you need a sweet something to accompany your drink.
